CCR Autocross Privacy Policy

CCR Autocross is a companion app for Central Carolinas Region SCCA autocross events: live timing, run/work group callouts, results, and event photo sharing. This policy describes what the app collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Name and email address - to create your account and sign you in with a one-time code.
• Class and group selections - so callout notifications reach the right drivers.
• Photos you choose to upload - shared publicly in that event's gallery inside the app.
• A device push token - only if you enable notifications, so grid/work calls can reach your phone.

That's the whole list. The app does not collect your location, contacts, browsing activity, or analytics identifiers, and it contains no advertising.

How it's used

• Running the event experience: sign-in, callouts, standings, and galleries.
• Event photos you upload may also be used by CCR SCCA and Team Wheelhouse for event coverage, as described in the consent notice shown before your first upload.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We do not share it with third parties, except the service providers that host the app's database, file storage, and push delivery (Apple/Google notification services).

Deleting your account

In the app, go to My Class → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your uploaded photos, and your device tokens. You can also email us at the address below and we'll delete it for you.

Timing data

Run times and standings shown in the app come from the event's public timing system and are unofficial. Driver names in results are part of the public event record published by the region.
